🐝 treg.dev is a worker-bee’s notebook — short, practical write-ups on software engineering, infrastructure, and whatever I happen to be building.

I like systems that are simple enough to reason about and boring enough to trust at 3am. Expect notes on backend services, deployment plumbing, the occasional yak-shave, and lessons learned the hard way.

The hive

This site is built with Hugo and a customized PaperMod theme, then auto-deployed to a Hetzner box on every push to main. The honeycomb is hand-rolled CSS — no images, just hexagons and honey.
